1 to 5 years’ experience in Information Security, Risk Management and IT.
- A master’s degree or equivalent diploma
- Experience in business organization and quality management domains
- Advanced knowledge of Information Security technologies best practices and international standards
- Advanced knowledge of Risk Management and international standards
- Knowledge of legal & regulatory requirements related to Information Security and Privacy (ISO27001, NIST, TISAX)
- Good written and oral communication skills, including in English
- Ability to adapt to new and unpredictable situations
- Strong integrity and confidentiality personal values
- Analytical skills, teamwork and collaboration with indirect reports
- CISSP, ISO 27001 or ISO 27005 Certification appreciated
- Experience in preparing and managing external audits for above certifications
- Working in a pressurised environment with conflicting priorities
- Ability to clearly articulate technical messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common goal

- · You will manage cyber risks for the perimeter
- · You will insure compliance with Global / local laws & regulations
- · You will lead/support standards certification expectations (ISO27K, TISAX)
Strategy & Governance
- · You will comply with Group Security baseline
- · You will manage Cyber Communication & Awareness program
- · You will support Capgemini internal stakeholders with regard to cybersecurity posture
- · You will report metrics to the GBL level and Geography level
Cyber for Business
- · You will report Incident to GSOC & GEC CISO
- · You will support Business to comply with client requirements
- · You will control GBL Security posture for client projects along with GIT Security teams
- · You will manage Business Continuity
